I'll be capturing the event with several images to be web-ready within the evening of the event for social media. Delivery of the remaining images will be delivered less than 7 business days.
Planning and marketing for your award ceremony takes time. Let's get ahead of 2020.
During the shoot, planned images will be our main focus. We capture attendees, speakers, and volunteers enjoying the event. Any details and events happening during our shooting time will be captured. If any images are a "must" we always encourage a small list.
A full day shoot generates 400+ images with unlimited-usage fitting with the agreement.

Here's how we make sure there aren't any issues:
We always bring 2 sets of everything. 2 cameras, 2 lots of cards, spare lenses, batteries, chargers, everything.
We use cameras that let us capture photos onto 2 different memory cards.
After editing, all photos are backed up 3x in an automatic process.
